Concierge In a Box offers professional tutoring assistance to help students of all ages with their learning and school needs. Home tutor services are provided directly in the comfort of your home and can be customized to meet your individual schedule and unique concerns. We recommend a session of at least twice a week with a minimum of two hours per session.

Hotel Nanny Service
Concierge In a Box is a division of Nanny's USA, leaders in the household staffing industry. We provide hotel nanny services for all of your childcare needs. All of the nannies and babysitters we send to hotel properties are direct employees of our company. They are easily identifiable by their shirt logo with corresponding identification.
Areas of Service
Hotel Nanny services are offered as the exclusive childcare agency in fine hotels in Long Island, New York City, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, California, Philadelphia and Las Vegas.
Personal Assistant/Personal Shopper Service
Concierge In a Box provides personal assistant/personal shopper service, helping you with everything from the everyday to the extreme. Now you can have someone run your errands, research travel hot spots, locate that special gift or plan a special surprise. Bottom line we can help you!
How to Secure Your Nanny or Home Tutor
In order to secure your hotel nanny or home tutor, you will first complete the necessary questionnaire and agreement form and provide a major credit card. There is a requirement of a four hour minimum per day. Three(3) children for nanny services is the maximum.
How to Book Services
There is a four hour minimum for all hotel nanny services.
There is a two hour minimum for all tutors and personal assistance/personal shopper services.
What We Require:
Four hours advanced notice for hotel nanny services (exceptions are made based on availability).
Four hours cancellation policy (if you fail to cancel within the necessary time frame).
All major credit cards are accepted and a credit card is required for reservation.
About Our Candidates
All candidates are held to the following strict requirements:
They must be at least 18 Years of Age;
They must have a minimum of two (2) years experience, with references;
They must pass our Social Security Check and extensive background checks.
General Information
After booking services, the name and resume of your candidate will be faxed or e-mailed to your hotel, office or home.
Hotel nannies will arrive at least 10 minutes prior to appointment time.
Candidates will arrive in their easy-to- recognize polo shirts with our logo, and with identification displaying our company name.
Many of our candidates are bi-lingual and professional educators.
Client will be asked to sign a release form authorizing assistants to seek medical attention in case of an emergency. The form also provides a space to indicate if it is okay for the candidate to take children out of the hotel room and/or off hotel property.
Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's holidays are subject to rate changes.
